Terms of Use

These terms apply to the TidyQuote app and the quote approval pages it creates, operated by Eric Z. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if they conflict, these terms apply to the service we run.

1. What TidyQuote does

TidyQuote helps you calculate prices for cleaning jobs, create quotes and send them to your clients. Calculated prices and times are suggestions based on the rates and costs you enter. They are not market prices and do not guarantee a profit. You decide the final price and terms and are responsible for them toward your clients.

2. No legal or tax advice

Templates for change terms, cancellation policies and other texts are drafting aids only. Check them against the law where you work (for example consumer withdrawal rights, cancellation fees and tax rules). TidyQuote does not provide legal or tax advice and does not verify tax or registration numbers.

3. Approval links

An approval on the web page records the quote version, the name and signature entered, the options selected and the time. It is a simple electronic record of agreement, not a qualified or advanced electronic signature. Its legal effect depends on local law. Keep your own copy (you can export an approval record PDF in the app).

4. Acceptable use

Use TidyQuote only for genuine quotes for your own services.
Do not use approval pages for phishing, impersonation, collecting payment card data or passwords, or for unlawful content.
Do not attempt to overload, probe or bypass the limits of the service.

We may disable links that break these rules or that are reported as abusive.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

TidyQuote Pro is a one-time purchase. TidyQuote Pro Online is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple. Free-plan limits reset on the first day of each calendar month.

6. Availability

We work to keep approval links available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Links expire 60 days after the quote's validity date. Your quotes remain on your device regardless.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for lost profits, pricing decisions, disputes between you and your clients, or data you did not back up. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.
